For your records, please be aware of the cancellation and registration transfer policy:
- Registration cancellations on or prior to January 22, 2019, will receive a 100% refund. Registration cancellations between January 23 and February 11, 2019, will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will not be given for any registration cancellations after February 11, 2019. Cancellation requests must be received in writing or email to Kayla Hamilton (email@example.com) and Walter Snipes (firstname.lastname@example.org).
- Registrations can be transferred prior to February 11, 2019, by emailing Kayla Hamilton (email@example.com) or Walter Snipes (firstname.lastname@example.org). After February 11, 2019, no registrations may be transferred.
- Registration is not considered complete until payment is received. Transfers are not considered complete until confirmation is received from the Registration Chair(s).
Conference registration will go live on Monday, November 12, 2018.
