Please note that this year a new system is being used to submit program proposals. On behalf of the 2019 Program Committee, thank you for taking the time to submit a program.

We recommend that you write your answers in a word processing program and copy/paste them into the online form. This will prevent your work from being lost in case your web browser crashes.

For questions, please contact the SEAHO 2019 Program Chair, Aubree Adams at aubreea@lsu.edu.

Didn’t get to dial in for our first FreeForm session?  Well, you are in luck!  This video was recorded during our interactive FreeForm session that shares details about how to submit a proposal, what makes a good program submission, describes what formats are available and much more!  It shows you how to access the new submission process using screenshots and what the Program Committee is looking for in a program proposal.  If you find that you are still encountering issues or have questions about how to submit or even if you want to talk through an idea, please feel free to contact the Program Committee Chair at aubreea@lsu.edu
