For your records, please be aware of the cancellation and registration transfer policy:
- Registration cancellations on or prior to December 31, 2019 will receive a 100% refund. Registration cancellations between January 1, 2020 and February 7, 2020 will receive a 50% refund.
- Refunds will not be given for any registration cancellations on or after February 8, 2020. Cancellation requests must be received in emailing Bob Boyle and Aubree Adams, Registration Chairs, at firstname.lastname@example.org by the aforementioned deadline.
- Registrations can be transferred prior to February 8, 2020 by emailing Bob Boyle and Aubree Adams, Registration Chairs, at email@example.com.
- After February 8, 2020, no registrations may be transferred. Registration is not considered complete until payment is received.
- Payment must be received on or before December 20, 2019 to qualify for the regular registration rate. Transfers are not considered complete until confirmation is received from the Registration Chair(s).
