Attention Administrative Assistants and Others Registering Multiple People
You will need a SEAHO Website account in order to log-in and access registration. To create an account, please CLICK HERE.
If you are NOT attending the conference, but will be registering others, DO NOT complete the registration form for yourself. Instead complete all pages of the form for the first person you are registering. Once you get to the final page (Page # 6), click "Save & Add Another Attendee" at the bottom to complete the form for each additional person you are registering.
Registration cancellations on or prior to January 6, 2016 will receive a 100% refund. Registration cancellations between January 7 and February 12, 2016 will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will NOT be given for any registration cancellations after February 12, 2016.
Registrations can be transferred prior to February 12, 2016 by emailing Zach Blackmon, SEAHO 2016 Registration Chair, at firstname.lastname@example.org. After February 12, 2016, NO registrations may be transferred.
Registration is not considered complete until payment is received. Transfers are not considered complete until confirmation is received from the Registration Chair.
