Arrival

Faculty need to arrive by Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 12:00pm.The first faculty meeting will begin at that time. You are encouraged to arrive in time to get unpacked and settled into your room before the 12:00pm meeting.

Participants need to arrive by Wednesday June 1st at 9:30am. A continental breakfast will be served at that time, and RELI will officially begin at 10am.

Driving?

Flying?

  • Once you complete your registration, we will know your mode of transportation. If you don’t know your flight plans at the time of completing the form, no worries, we will email you to obtain that information.
  • You should fly into and out of the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
  • You will be met at the airport and driven to the Emory Campus. The drive is about 25 minutes. 
  • Arrangements will be made with the Emory staff. The same applies when departing from Emory.

Transportation

Will be provided between the airport and Emory’s campus for those flying in and out of Atlanta. Staff members will be ready to greet you at the airport and make sure the last leg of your trip is a pleasant one. In an effort to reduce wait times for each person flying in and to make our efforts most efficient, times for arrival and departure pick-ups are listed below. Please select your flights to allow enough time between the time listed below and the time of your flight arrival and departure.

ARRIVAL PICK-UPs
Monday 2:00 pm & 8:00 pm
Tuesday 11:00 am, 2:00 pm, 4:00 pm & 8:00 pm

DEPARTURE PICK-UPs (allow at least 30 minutes for commute to airport)
Saturday 2:00 pm & 4:00 pm
Sunday 10:00 am
