Educational Programs Committee Grant Proposal Form

Please submit your proposal using the following form. Questions can be sent to Brian Thompson, Educational Programs Chair, at thompsob@etsu.edu. Deadline to submit grant proposals is Friday, February 1, 2013. Recipients will be announced at the SEAHO conference.

If selected to receive a grant from the SEAHO Educational Programs Committee, the recipient(s) are expected to submit an article about the program to the SEAHO Report within 1 year of receiving the grant or present a program at the next annual SEAHO conference after receiving the grant. By submitting your proposal, you understand and agree to these expectations.
