SEAHO 2013 REGISTRATION QUESTIONS:
I got an e-mail saying my account is in the process of being approved.
We have set most registrations to be automatically approved during this busy time. If your account is not automatically approved, we are notified and will usually review and approve your account within a couple hours.
I forgot my password.
Please go to http://seaho.site-ym.com/general/email_pass.asp and reset your password at this link. We have tested the password reset e-mail and it is working properly. If you do not see the password reset e-mail in your inbox, please check your spam and quarantine folders before submitting this form.
I want to use a credit card but the only options are PayPal and check.
You can pay by credit card using PayPal. PayPal is a payment processor that also lets you store money in a PayPal account. You don't have to use this feature of PayPal to pay for your conference registration.
I am having an issue with PayPal.
If you are having a payment issue with PayPal, please utilize the option to pay by check instead if possible. As long as you submit your registration by the deadline, you will be eligible for the early bird discount. Payment can be received after the deadline.
How do I know if my registration went through?
The final confirmation page will provide you with the option to print your invoice. If you do not get to this option, your registration probably has not gone through. Due to network issues beyond our control (for example, at your institution), you may have a disruption in the middle of the registration process. If you do not get a confirmation page and invoice, then your registration has not gone through.
I need to make a change to my registration.
For delegates, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to cancel or make adjustments to your registration after you have submitted it (especially if you have already paid).
